With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Cooley (Athens, Ohio), who passed away on December 3, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Darl Rigg Cooley; his brother Royce D. Cooley; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Cooley and Gary Tribe. He is survived by: his parent Mary Silvia Tippie Cooley; his wife Marilyn "Sue" Daft Cooley; his children, Shelly Hoce (Kris) of Palm Harbor, Florida and Chad Mitchell Cooley of Vero Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Gibson Hoce, Scott Miller and Jana Miller Huss; his siblings, Sherry Coon (Larry) of Athens and William S. Cooley of Athens; his siblings-in-law, Jane Cooley of Athens, Shirley Tribe of Albany, Kathryn Reeder (Douglas) of Vincent and Gerald "Butch" Daft (Diana) of Albany; and his sons, Pastor Mark Mitera and Pastor Carrie Ator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
