He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dailey and Mabel Hawk Dailey; his sister Rose Marie Chambers; his brother-in-law Don Chambers; his parents-in-law, Eva, Gilbert Ator and William Streets; and his sister-in-law Patricia Streets.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry, Scott and Chuck, Jr.; his wife Shirley; his daughters-in-law, Redina and Teresa Dailey; his granddaughters, Becca Coffin (Zach) and Liz Poston (Greg); his great grandchildren, Annalee, Iyla Coffin and Reed Poston; his nephew Randy Streets; and his brother Bob Dailey (Joyce). He is also survived by several step children and step grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and cousins.
