He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Russell and Ethel Flourine Dailey (Ackley); his wife Mary Ann (Bruckman); his children, Shawn Dailey (Susan) of Hanford, CA, Kevin Dailey (Sojung) of Kaysville, UT, Jamie Dailey (Michelle) of Huxley, IA, Julie DeSplinter (Robert) of Oceanside, CA, Rose Mill (John) of Rockford, MI and Kate Spackman (Greg) of Riverton, UT; and his siblings, Dick of Athens, OH, Dan of Guysville, OH and Cindy of Logan, OH. He was also cherished by eighteen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
