She was predeceased by : her parents, George H. Hunter and Manila Hunter (Johnson); her husband Gus; and her brothers, Richard, Donald and Robert Hunter.

She is survived by : her children, Susan Balliet (Ed Violett), Carol Gregg (Glenn) and Robert Balliet (Helen Bryant); her grandchildren, Robert Brettelle, Jonathan Brettelle (Inga Strefling), Elizabeth Brettelle, Sarah Forrest (Jerrame) and Benjamin Gregg (Brooke Ward); her great grandchildren, Jackson Brettelle, Eason Brettelle, Jessalyn Cook, David Derr, Robert Derr and Emlyn Forrest; and her great great grandchild Elaina Hodge. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
