He is survived by: his parent Lulu Marie Parker Oxley; his wife Mary J. Sickels Oxley; his children, Sandy Vanvranken (Scott), Sara Harris (Eric), Jeffrey Oxley and Mike Oxley; and his siblings, Eleanor Colgan (Richard) of Michigan and Merrill Oxley (Ethelda) of North Carolina. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
