He is survived by: his parent Mildred Ruth Jeffers; his wife Ethel "Sue" Seipel Jeffers; his daughter Kimberly Jeffers of Texas; and his siblings, Frank Jeffers, Jr. (Donna), Juinietta Clonch of Florida, Arl Mary McGrath (Sam) of Canal Fulton and Rose Myers (John) of Athens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
