He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cline and Rosa Alice Locke Cline; his wife Mary Tope Cline; his son-in-law Bobby; and his brothers, George, Dode, Bill, Dave and Johnny.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Finsterwald of Athens and Victor Cline (Patty) of Bridgeport, WV; and his grandchildren, Amie Earnest (David), Andy Cline, Emily Finsterwald (Wes Filipow) and Rachel Chiki (Zac). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
