He was predeceased by: his brother Austin Gilmore; his grandfather Donald Gilmore; and his great-grandparents, Vernon, Roselyn Gilmore, Frank and Margaret Mayronne.
He is survived by: his parent Laura M. Gilmore of The Plains; his brother Jesse Gilmore; his grandmothers, Rosemary Mayronne and Kathy Gilmore; his uncles, Jeffrey Gilmore and Raphael; his aunt Christine Hart; his pet Max; and his friends, Taylor Rutter and Johnny Buck.
Due to the Coronavirus COVID 19 pandemic, a celebration of Jacob's life will be held at a later date.
