She was predeceased by: her father Jack Davis; and her brother Jim Davis. She is survived by: her mother Jo Hines Davis of Athens; her husband Roger E. Rutter; her children, Lisa Rutter of Grove City, Jenny Hendrix (Tom) of Coolville, Mike Parry (Jennifer) of Guysville and Roger Rutter, Jr. (Missy) of Athens; her grandchildren, Chelsey, Gabby, Tanner, Michelle, Brody and Chase; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Easton and Tatum; and her siblings, Jackie Heskett (Craig) of Athens, Jerry Davis (Emilee) of Minford and Jeff Davis (Julie) of Athens. She is also survived by her husband were foster parents for 10 years, helping over 50 children.
