He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Stoncel and Mary England Stoncel; and his brothers, Jim Brown and Robert Stoncel. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Anthony "Tony" Stoncel (Melanie) of Amesville and Joni Dailey (David) of Bellefontaine; his granddaughter Madeline Dailey of Bellefontaine; and his sister Mary Hooper (Gary) of Trimble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
