He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Rosealee Cooper (Slavick); his grandson Andrew Joseph Cooper; and his parents, Harry Oliver Cooper and Ella Avra Cooper (Shrewsbury). He is survived by: his children, Charles H. Cooper, Russell W. Cooper, Linda M. Brewer (Cooper), Edward E. Cooper and Kenneth R. Cooper. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and six brothers and sisters.
