Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Meredith Carpe of Athens, Ohio, born in Greenville, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 39, on January 3, 2021. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mike, Jean Louise Thieme, Ivan and Rita Hartnagle. She is survived by: her husband Ryan Carpe; her parents, Terry Hartnagle and Becky Hartnagle of Greenville, OH; her sisters, Emily Stall of Wyoming, OH and Rachel Williams of Anderson, OH.; and her daughters, Naomi Kathleen and Havah Louise.
Per Meredith's wishes, an immediate funeral is not scheduled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
