He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Professor Emeritus of Fine Arts; his wife Marilyn; his children, Mia Faxon (Rob) and Mark Mihal (Lori); his grandchildren, Anna, Evan, Kate Faxon, Hunter Nall (Courtland) and Jason Mihal; his parents, Joseph B. Mihaljevic and Paula Starkey; and his siblings, Nada McConocha (Harold) and Boris Mihaljevic.
