We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 93, Nellie Thomas (Athens, Ohio), born in Chauncey, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stalder and Eva Lowery Stalder; her former husband William Thomas; her son Tommy S. Thomas; and her siblings, Clara Morasea, Tiny Adams, Dee Klienbriel, Mary Meadows, Frank, Clarence, James and George Stalder.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Nancy Thomas of The Plains; her grandchildren, Tammy Adelsberger (Kenny) of Athens and Reid Thomas (Becky) of Noblesville, IN; her great grandchildren, Taylor Welch (Justin) of Coolville and Danielle Adelsberger of Athens; her great great grandchild Barrett Welch of Coolville; her nieces and nephews, Dollie Newsome, Danny Adams, George Adams and Rita Lanning; and her close friends, Janet and Bob Chappell of Sandusky.
Those attending are asked to wear face covering and maintain social distance. Due to the COVID- 19 Pandemic, there will not be a gathering with food following the service.
