We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2020, at the age of 84, Phyllis Billy (Athens, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard L. Pennell, Sr. and Virgie M. Northrup Pennell; her husband George Billy; her stepdaughter Carolyn Porter; and her siblings, Rita Canter, Howard Pennell, Jr. and John Pennell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeananne Bricker (Richard) of Rocklin and Tuesdee Sharpe of Naples, Florida; her stepdaughter Diane Moody of Chauncey; her son Mark R. Sharpe (Cindy) of Logan; and her siblings, Buranita Sands of Chauncey and Carle Pennell (Sondra) of Pickerington. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Phyllis' Life will be held at a later.
