He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Horel and Josephine M. Horel; and his siblings, Charles, Alfred, Harold, Arthur, Josephine and Constance.
He is survived by: his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Dr. Christine; his grandsons, Max and Leo; and his siblings, Winifred, Marion, George and Edward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital or Aladdin Shriner's Hospital Association for Children.
