It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel E. Skinner (Athens, Ohio), who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert and Hazel Louise McClelland Skinner; and his son Michael William Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Sheryl Leuschel (Bill), Lori Squibb (Bill), Julie Davie (Colin) and Daniel Skinner (Renee); and his daughter-in-law Mary Skinner. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
