It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Harrington of Athens, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Baker and Elba Farmer Baker; and her daughters, Deborah Simms and Donna Diane Dowler. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Harrington (Teresa Schnittke) of Grandville, Dr. Dale Pratt Harrington (Carla) of Athens, David Harrington (Barbara) of Bokalia, FL and Dan Harrington (Marleen) of The Plains. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
