He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Talbert and Isabelle Carter Talbert; his former wife Lula Belle Talbert; his children, Thomas Eugene Talbert, Jr. and Lou Anne Talbert; his stepson Theodore Alan Tom, Sr.; and his siblings, Ruth Thomas, Barbara Hightower, Garnet Blair and Roger Talbert.
He is survived by: his wife Sharron; his children, Jack Talbert (Jessie) and Constance Lynn (Scott); his stepdaughters, Cindy Brandt (Kevin) and Jennifer Abram (Robert); and his brother Ralph Talbert (Mary). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
