He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his grandparents, Charles Seyfang, Nora Seyfang and Marie Anderson; his uncle Marlin Anderson (Buddy); his aunt Marvin Groat; his daughters, Emilie and Elaina; his siblings, Nancy Wisecup (Byron) of Hillsboro and Kent Anderson (Sally) of Chillicothe; his nephews, Todd Cummings (Grace) and Brett Cummings (Karen); his parent-in-law Robert Sr. of Marietta; his brothers-in-law, Robert Cline Jr of Dublin and Ronnie (Ceinwen) of Vincent; his friends, Doug Lawrence, Traci Lawrence, Dave Hoisington, Liz Hoisington, Carl Sabo and Joe Zupi; and also, Berneice Groat, Aunt Imogene Anderson, Aunt Janice Pinkerton (John), Rosie Shalf (Jerry), Susie Burwell (Bud) and Barbara Cline of Marietta. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Tim's honor to The Plains United Methodist Church to be put towards care packages for families in the Intensive Care Unit.
