She was predeceased by: her husband Jose "Tony" Hernandez; and her grandparents, Maxwell, Ruby Omer and Della Leedy. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Leedy and Carol Irene Maxwell Leedy of Millfield; her children, Jennifer Molina of Louisburg, NC, Jonathan "Johnny" Hernandez and Kalina Hernandez; her grandfather Clarence Leedy of Millfield; her brother Donald "Jerry" Leedy of Brownsburg, IN; her nieces and nephews, Megan, Payton Leedy, Gabriel and Elliott Leedy; and her close friend Tina McMannis. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
