He was predeceased by : his parents, Loyd Kirby and Janis Kirby (Stauffer). He is survived by : his wife Jolene Kirby (Gillespie); his children, Jacob Kirby of Tiffin and Karlee Kirby of Akron; and his siblings, Raphael Kirby of Tiffin and Amanda Kirby of Toledo.
