He was predeceased by : his parents, William E. Schaaf and Mary Schaaf (Wilford). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Behm; his children, Theresa M. Schaaf and Eric R. Schaaf (Karen) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Samantha E. of Dublin and Adam W. Schaaf of Dublin; and his brothers, James Schaaf (Judy) of Attica and Thomas Schaaf (Sue) of Bluffton.
