It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julianne Loucks in Austinburg, Ohio, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leonard and Rose Marie Sangston (Scherrer); and her husband Frank "Sonny" Loucks III. She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie Uthe (David), Frank "Bryan" Loucks IV and Lynn Croghan (Rick); her daughter-in-law Debra Loucks; her sister Marcia Mallick (Robin); her siblings-in-law, Gwen Togger and Dan Loucks (Renee); her grandchildren, Michael Van Norman (Stephanie), Rachelle Douglas (Kip) of Frank and David Loucks; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan Van Norman, Keith Jones, Bryce Douglas, Kyler and James Loucks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the increase in covid recently, the family requires masks be worn at services.
