Colleen Solinger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, at the age of 74, Colleen Solinger (Youngstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pruszkowski and Stella Pruszkowski; her sister Phyllis; her siblings-in-law, Ronald Lombel and Peggy Pruszkowski; and her aunts, Rose Sokol and Rose Murray.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Solinger of Columbus, Erik Solinger (Shawna) of Beaver and Elizabeth Solinger of Columbus; her granddaughters, Abigail and Evelyn Solinger; her brother Robert Pruszkowski of Arlington; and her aunt Bernice Malik of Cuyahoga Falls. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kinnick Funeral Home (477 N Meridian Rd, Youngstown, OH 44509). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (4490 Norquest Blvd, Austintown, OH 44515).
In lieu of flowers, donations of new or gently used winter coats may be made to The Needle's Eye, 74 Kenmore Ave., Youngstown, OH 44507 - a cause very near to her heart.
