He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank J. Gerback and Betty E. Gerback (Pinter); his wife Wanda Quesenberry; his children, Theresha Zinnicker (Pete) of Boardman, Bill Crites of Struthers, Merinda Stephenson of Warren, Jeff Bolen (Amanda) of Canfield, Kevin Bolen (Shirley) of Hubbard and Keith Bolen (Erin) of New Waterford; and his sisters, Nancy Fraser (Bruce) of Missouri and Carol Casterline. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in David's name.
