She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hnatkovich and Elizabeth Hnatkovich (Drass); and her brother John Hnatkovich. She is survived by: her husband Garry E. Sullivan; her children, Sean Sullivan (Krisi Kastl) of Dallas, Texas and Shannon Adkins (Chris) of Westerville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Ainsley, Delaney and Brogan; her brother Stephen Hnatkovich (Karen) of Hastings, PA; and her sister-in-law Patty Hnatkovich of Spangler, PA..
