He is survived by : his wife Sandra Frost Ashby; his children, Jamie Lynn Ashby, Christopher Ashby, David Phillips, Robert Jr., Kevin and Terry Marks; and his siblings, Kathleen Ashby, Christine Funk (Paul), Michael Ashby Sr., Earl Ashby III (Jan) and William Ashby. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
