He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Peshek and Mary Harris Peshek; and his nephew Stephen Peshek. He is survived by: his wife Carlie Terek; his parents-in-law, Carl and Geri Terek of Campbell; his siblings-in-law, Carl and Lisa Terek of Hilliard; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Cindy Miller Peshek of North Jackson; his nieces, Stephanie (Brad) of Austintown and Amanda Miller of Richmond, VA; his nephew Matt of Las Vegas; and also, Aidan, Jordan, Mark, Kim and Fab. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
