He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bigler and Shirley Bigler (Woodward). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dillon; his sons, Kenneth Bigler Jr. and Mark Bigler; and his grandchildren, Reece Heitsenrather, Matthew Marksberry, Cody Marksberry and Boots.
