He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonsus Foley and Margaretta McCurdy Foley; and his sons, Brian and Timothy Foley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Foley; his children, Debra Hancher (Bill) of Boardman, Kathleen Foley of Austintown, Keith Foley (Amy) of Avon Lake, Dan Foley (Sabrina) of Austintown and Tom (Kate) of Austintown; and his sister Patricia Kindig. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
