He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hurley and Anna Margaret Smith Nichelson; his grandson Korey W. Anderson; and his siblings, Twila Lavy, Helen Pauley, Linda Masters, Glen Nicholson, Kenneth Nicholson and John Nicholson.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda J. Bowman (Art) of Cumberland and Shawn W. Nicholson (Sandra) of St. Louisville; his grandchildren, Shelby K. Nicholson of Lakewood and Nathan W. Nicholson of Heath; and his siblings, Beverly J. Hague of Marietta and Frankie Buckey of Cambridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
