He is survived by: his wife Martha "Jane"; his children, Deborah A. Lindsey (late Keith) of Columbus, OH., Pamela J. Riggs of Fremont, OH., David A. Riggs (Regina) of Edgewood, KY. and Karen L. Riggs (Dziech) of Cold Spring, KY.; and his sister Donna Hassel (Dick) of Avon Lake. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
