He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Palmer and Julia Palmer; and his sisters, Judy Walsh and Phyllis Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Joan Palmer, David Palmer, Barbara Palmer, Douglas Palmer and Christine Leed (Douglas); and his siblings, Jerry, Tom, Marion, Lois and Joanne.
