It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Tackett Jr. (Bainbridge, Ohio), born in Berlin, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Gerda Tackett (Warner); his parents-in-law, Charlie and Etherine Hamilton; and his grandparents, Hans, Margerite Werner, Arlie and Kate Tackett.

He is survived by: his wife Maxine Tackett (Hamilton); his children, Michelle Routte (Aaron) and Andrew; his granddaughters, Carly "Peanut" and Isabella "Pumpkin" Routte; his father Charles Tackett, Sr.; and his siblings, Arlie, Rick and Vanessa.
