He is survived by: his siblings, Joy Lott and Don "Rusty" Brogan; his wife Connie Frase; his mother-in-law Janet Crookston; Jill Frase and Dave Frase. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends. He was so loved and will be sorely missed by all. Rick's family will receive friends.
