He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Conrad-Sapp; his son Alex (Sarah Randall); his stepchildren, Shannon Wokojance (David), Jacob Conrad (Kirsten), Nichole Durant (Joseph) and Emily Conrad; his grandchildren, Zoey and Charlie; and his siblings, Sue Oakes, Pam Sapp, David Sapp, Theresa Fowler and Samantha Adams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
