It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kappus of Bay Village, Ohio, born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy A. Maurer and Jeanne Maurer (Landis). She is survived by : her children, Sarah K. Peck (Edward) of Cleveland Heights, John M. Kappus of Lakewood and David M. Kappus (Elin) of Novelty, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Brendan, Julia, Jane Peck, John Henry, Jillian Kappus, Oliver and Sophia Kappus; her siblings, Claudette Starrett of Poquoson, Virginia, Richard Maurer of Akron and Thomas Maurer (Suzi) of Naples, Florida.; and her husband Alfred J. Kappus.
