He is survived by : his spouse Jaqueline Renee Hayes Howard; his children, Nathan Charles Howard (Donya) of McDermott, Nicholas Edward Howard of Lucasville, Cody Christian Howard (Hannah) of Beaver, Cassandra Jo Nelson of Waverly, Kayla Nadean Slusher (Adam) of Beaver, Desiree Renee Bapst (Ian) of Beaver and Chelsea Ladawn Lawhorn (Derek) of Beaver; his grandchildren, Lelind, Nahtana, Creed, Maicie, McKenzie, Timmy, Colt, Chloe, Emma, Colton, Kamryn, Adalee, Avery, Owen, Kenleigh, Knoxen, Brelynn, Olivia and Gunner; his great grandchild Kenna; his stepfather James Hoover of Beaver; his sisters, Trish of Portsmouth, Lisa (Chris) of Lucasville, Rena of Beaver and Crystal (Boone) of Beaver; his stepsiblings, Tammy, Dean and Heath; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth (Carol) and Traci. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
