He was predeceased by : his grandmother Betty Gillenwater; and his aunt Velma Engle. He is survived by : his parents, Robert Gillenwater and Sandra Kay Gillenwater (Johnson) of Beaver, Ohio.; his daughters, Chasity Gillenwater, Chrissa Gillenwater and Charity Gillenwater; and his sister Sherry Hammerstein.

Also surviving are three daughters, Chasity Gillenwater, Chrissa Gillenwater and Charity Gillenwater, and a sister, Sherry Hammerstein.
