He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Fern Heineman and Edward Heineman; his wife Kitty Heineman; his children, Pat (John), Scott (Judee), Roger (Consuelo) and David; his grandchildren, Daniel (Julia), Andrew, Katherine (Daniel) and Grant; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Wilson. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Poland Historical Society.
