He is survived by : his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Stephenson Lykins; and his siblings, Kay Rowe (Mike) of Beaver, Carolyn Caudill (Berlin) of Beaver, Susan Schrader (Dana) of Beaver and Darrell Lykins of Beaver. He is also survived by two children, one step-son, five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
