He was predeceased by : his parents, Menefee Williams and Lucy Williams (Helton); and his siblings, Charles "Tom" Williams, Timothy Williams and Ovalene Nickell.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Lou Jenkins; his children, Carol Jean Cooper (Rick), Robert Williams (Cris) and Johnny Williams (Judy); his grandchildren, Tracie Hooks (Dan), Rebekah Grefe (Brady), Tara Tackett (Jason), Michael Corbett, Travis Williams, Jeremy Yeauger and Leslie Cook (Matt); his sisters, Betty Howard (Franklin) and Mary Russell (Glen); and his sister-in-law Paula Williams. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
