It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie Lowe Ramey of Beaver, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Lowe and Minnie Lowe; her siblings, Jesse Lowe and Mary Esther Lowe Hickman; and her former life partner James Johnson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Melanie White (Cliff) and Elaine Rinehart (Michael); her granddaughters, Mindy, Kendra Rinehart and Makaela Bapst (Clint); her great grandchildren, Braxton, Kohen and Nora Dreitzler; and her nieces and nephews, David, Cathy (John), Cindy (Bob) and Lynn (Gary).
