He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Pete" and Carrie Walters (Bailey); and his son Keith Walters. He is survived by: his wife Diana E. Walters of Pandora; his children, Harmon D. Walters (Betty) of Wapakoneta, Lance D. Walters (Tammy Smith) of Lima, Andy Walters, Mary Beth Spangler Huebner and Melissa Walters; his grandson Christopher Walters; and his brother Darwin E. Walters (Glenna) of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
