He is survived by: his children, Stacy Baker and Teresa Ratliff; his siblings, Jerry Ratliff, James Ratliff and Shirley Prather; and his grandchildren, Robert Baker, Steven Baker, Brittany Baker, Mya Baker, Joshua Ratliff, Kristian Ratliff, Johnny Ratliff, Trinae Smith and Izaih Ratliff. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
