He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Delancey and Florence I. Gill Delancey; his wife V. Hope Evans DeLancey; and his great great grandchild Nieko Lacey. He is survived by: his children, Ralph L. "Junior" DeLancey (Angie) of Summerfield, Dwayne S. DeLancey (Beth) of Caldwell and Louida I. Brown (John) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Steve DeLancey (Peggy), Alyssa Burrell, Joseph Burrell (Harley), Alizabeth Burrell, Chaise DeLancey, Abigail DeLancey, Harlen Holloway, Steve Holloway, Wendi Brown and Jessa Brown; his great grandchildren, Keyaira DeLancey (Alex Lacey), Bella Cobb, Emily Kissinger, Dalton Kissinger, Skilar DeLancey, Paizleigh DeLancey, Lillianna Burrell, Jackson Burrell and Evelynn Titus; and his brother Carl E. DeLancey (Jayne) of Marietta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
