He is survived by: his wife Loa Lea Greider (Richardson); his children, Bonnie Bell (Keith) of Bellefontaine, David Campbell (Carol) of Bellefontaine, Allen Campbell (Sheila) of Bellefontaine and Tobe Greider (Michele) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Kim, Jeff, David, Levi, Gabriel, Abigail, Seth, Lukas, Gabriella and Isaac; his sister Carol Unruh of Southlake, Texas; and his friend Don King. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren with 2 more on the way; 1 great-great-grandchild.
