She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Arthur and Eva Arthur (Reames); and her husband Elbert L.. She is survived by : her children, Steve Allen (Elaine), Debbie Thomas (Dave), Diane LaFollette (Paul) and Rodney Allen (Susan); and her siblings, Ruth Peters, Chuck and Ray Arthur. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
