He was predeceased by: his wife Kelsey Angelita Gariety; and his grandparents, Charles E. and Jane R. Gariety. He is survived by: his parents, Liza Frank and Charles G. Gariety (Sandi); his daughter Alice Hope Gariety; his siblings, Mia Hodge, Charles A. Gariety (Courtney), Elizabeth Wilcox and Brittany Winter; and his siblings' children, Carsyn and Nixon. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home (202 E Main St, Plain City, OH 43064). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
